Refund Policy
It is possible to return all items purchased from Moosse within 30 days for defective or 7 days for withdrawal according to the consumer code, the refund will be made within 30 working days.

What can I return?
You may return all new, unopened items sold by Moosse within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Due to the holiday season, products shipped by Moosse between November 1st and December 31st may be returned until January 31st.
When will I receive my refund?
Usually about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded 3-5 days after receiving and processing your return.
